Dear Owners:
This is to advise that Mark Hilton is no longer serving as a director, officer, or bookkeeper for Casablanca Isles Condominium Association, Inc. The Board is in place and working diligently to keep this community viable.
Recently, the Board has discovered what appears to be Association funds that were misused. We have submitted an initial claim for these losses, and have received a check from the insurance company. We may be submitting additional claims, if evidence warrants.
We do not have any further information to provide at this point. Consequently, please do not call the office to request additional information on this matter, as it will take management away from imperative priorities.
We will advise you of any new developments as they happen. Thank you for your patience during this period.
