The Casablanca Isles Board of directors would like to touch base with you and clarify and/or remind you of some things…

Parking
Please be aware of the different parking permits and their uses:

Permanent Resident Sticker- This sticker needs to be affixed to your rear left window. This indicates you reside on property, full time. This sticker is obtained during you screening/registration. If you purchase a new vehicle you must get a new Resident Sticker reissued to you.

Hanging Guest Pass -This if for your guests who will be on the property after 11PM. This pass can be purchased for $10 each with a maximum of two passes. Tenants need owner approval to purchase this pass because ultimately, this owner is responsible for all vehicles registered to their unit. No permanent resident should be using this pass, as they are for guests only.

Temporary Guest Pass – This pass is issued with an expiration date. If you do not have a hanging guest pass for your guest you will need to obtain a temporary pass through management, during business hours.

*There are no exceptions. Cars will be towed, that do not have proper permitting.

Additional Unit Occupants
All individuals, who live on property, must be registered within our office. Any individual who has not been screened, is in violation of our condominium docs. This is for your safety and protection that we know who lives on this property. As a reminder, if an additional person moves into your unit, who was not screened at the time of your occupancy, you are in violation and will incur fines. If your change units or plan to have another individual move in with you, please come see us immediately.

Pool Hours
As per Palm Beach County ordinance, the pool is open dusk to dawn. Please adhere to these rules, as we will be enforcing them, in conjunction with the county.

Fitness Center Restrictions
Effective immediately, no children under the age of 18 are permitted in the Fitness Center. If an accident should occur in our facilities or with our equipment, it is a huge liability for us.

New Safety Features
As you have noticed, the board of directors has made an investment in speed bumps and stop signs. For our community’s safety and the safety of growing number of children and dog-walkers, we ask that you respect these, as you would on a public street. Violators can not only be fined by the Association but Boynton Beach Police has full authority to ticket on our property, as well.

Bulk Dumping
If you have a large item (old mattress or large piece of furniture), DO NOT place these items in the dumpster, as the city will not empty it. We have provided one place on the property were bulk dumping is permitted. It is on the east end of the property next to the 4 Blue and 4 Yellow Recycle bins, which is located next to the dumpster in front of Building 3.

Appearance
The overall appearance of Casablanca affects our property value which, in turn, affects us all. Please remember, to pick up your litter at all times. In addition, no items should be kept in the common hallway. And lastly, any torn blinds must be replaced immediately and no bed sheets are permitted to hang from the windows.

By everyone conforming to these rules and regulations, it will help us to maintain a consistent orderly atmosphere, which will ultimately be for the benefit of everyone. Thank you all for your cooperation on these matters.

Regards,
The Board of Directors
