Casablanca Isles is located in the heart of East Boynton Beach. We are a 204 unit condominium community. Our location is convenient to the beaches, shopping, dining and attractions of Boynton Beach and Delray Beach as well as Palm Beach.

Special Notice
All vehicles on property after 11PM must have a parking sticker or guest pass. Casablanca Isles does not allow commercial vehicles on property after business hours. Violators will be towed.

Registration Instructions
To register, click on the “Click here to register now” link. Type in all required information including:

- Real Name (must be your full name, example: John Smith)

- Username (this is a nickname that will identify you on the website)

- Email (your real email address is required to complete the registration process)

- Address: a valid Community address as street address, city, state, zip

- Phone (your home phone number)

Click on the “New User” button. Please read the registration rules and privacy statement. At the very bottom, you can either click on “Finish” to proceed with registration, or “go back” to change the information you entered.

You will receive an email containing the username you entered and a password. Click on the link in the email to complete registration. Enter your username and assigned password to login to the website. Please note that the password is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as it appears in the email.

Once you are logged in, we recommend changing your password. Click on "your account". Click on "change your info". Scroll down to the very bottom of the screen, and you will see a section for changing your password. Type your new password in BOTH boxes. By entering your password twice, you can be sure that you didn't have a typo. Make sure you click on the "save changes" button at the bottom of the screen.

Owners - Please be aware that the cleaning of the dryer vents is the responsibility of the owners. It is recommended once a year. If the vents are not properly maintained, the dryer could over-heat and a fire could result. There is also potential personal liability if there was a fire resulting from improper maintenance. The company familiar with the property is Aaron Dryer Vents. Their number is 561-667-8543. aarondryervents.com is the website.

Happy Holidays

As most of you are aware, our board has passed a roof assessment to take care of the remaining buildings that are in desperate need of a new roof. A roofing committee was assembled during our last H.O.A. meeting to help in obtaining bids to complete this project. At this time the roofing committee is working on finalizing the request for bids. Another H.O.A. meeting will be held after the first of the year to review the final assessment amount as well as the time frame we will have to pay it. At this time there is no action required of our residents until the roofing committee has finalized these bids. A special thanks to the residents and board that are heading up this project! To help hide the eye sore of our bulk dumpster, the landscaper is building a permanent location hidden away from plain sight. A slab has already been poured and Coco Plum hedges are being planted. The same hedge will be planted just in back of the recycle bins to help with this eye sore as well. This is a much needed and welcomed update to our community! Please stay tuned for further updates around the community. We hope that you and your family have a safe and Happy Holiday!

Special NoticeAssessment Update

As of 2/11 There are 54 units in foreclosure. but, the banks have foreclosure sales dated for about 15 unit between now and April. By summer, hopefully, foreclosures should be down to about 40 or so. The following is what we have been able to accomplish with the assessment monies, the rest are on hold until we have a stable monthly maintanance coming in.

Building 2 roof is complete.
Building 1 roof is complete.
Building 11 roof is complete.
All the electrical work .
Additional lighting in poorly lit areas and on buildings 2,7,8,14,15,16.
All the buildings end units, around to and including the back closets, were painted with elastomeric paint to seal the closet areas.
Building 7, 16, 15, 14 balcony replacement.
All the termite work (attics, units, and subterranean)

All other projects are on hold until more money comes in to fund our budget.

Satellite Dishes

The board of directors voted unanimously to discontinue allowing TV Satellite dishes on Casablanca Isles property. Anyone who has one now is grandfathered, but, no new owners or tenants can have them in the future. Comcast Cable is the only option.

Residents that have existing dishes must conform to Association rules as to where they can be placed. All dishes will be inspected and residents will be notified if they are in compliance.

FoodBBQ Grills

The Boynton Beach Fire Marshall was here to inspect this week. Grills with propane tanks are not allowed within 10 feet of any building (including the clubhouse). All Grills must be removed from balconies or we/you will be fined.

SecurityExterior Door Changes

The board has approved to change the screen door on record (which hasn't yet been purchased by any owners to date) to the Larson 36" White Concord storm/screen door. At this time we made the change because of it's quality wood-core contrstuction and retractable screen/glass, not to mention a lifetime warranty. The door is available at Lowe's Item #: 115253 Model: 115253 and is priced at $178. This door will add elegance to the the buildings and will stand up to our weather conditions.

Also, if you are on an end unit, the board has approved all end units to have a white door (instead of the standard blue). In the future when we paint, we may consider all units changing their door color. For now, we are only allowing corner units to make the change, to keep it uniform.

If a unit will be vacant for any period of time, the unit owner must contact FPL and keep the electricity on and the temperature at 78. This will prevent the growth and spread of mold.

The board is recommending that all units obtain an alarm system for your protection. In addition, if there were ever an emergency, the association may need access to your unit. Please remember to notify management if you have an alarm system in your unit.
